PC hardware tools

PC hardware tools are really important if you are going to clean or repair a computer. Below are some of the pc hardware tools that will be needed.

Screw driver

 

Screwdrivers are the most used tool. You can buy a handy kit that has the most common tools at electronics and computer repair shops. You should also have a grounding strap that attaches to your wrist.

Nut Driver 

Nut driver is a tool for tightening nuts and bolts. It essentially consists of a soket attached to a shaft and cylindrical handle and is similar in appearance and use to a screwdriver. They generally have a hollow shaft to accommodate a shank onto which a nut is threaded.  Also have a grounding strap that attaches to your wrist.

 Tweezer

Tweezers are tools used for picking up objects that are too small to be easily handled with our hands and preventing our hand to contact with a sensitive part of computer.

Spanner

 

A spanner is a tool used to provide grip and mechanical advantage in applying to turn objects usually rotary fasteners such as nuts and bolts.

Spare Part Tube

  

This is a tube for storing a small part that have been loose off for example nut. It is for preventing the lose of it.

Needle-nose pliers

Needle-nose pliers (also known as long-nose pliers, pinch-nose pliers, or snipe-nose pliers) are both cutting and gripping pliers used to bend, re-position and cut wire.

IC Inserter

 

 

 

This tool is for grapping and inserting DIP devices or chip.
